Construction Updates

We’re happy to share a significant update about the completion of both our piles and diaphragm wall panels. With these crucial elements now in place, we’re excited to move forward to the next phase: The construction of the capping beam.

The capping beam is a vital component in strengthening the foundations of ODOM, providing essential support and ensuring stability as we progress with the construction. In simple terms, the capping beam is like a sturdy “cap” that sits on top of the diaphragm walls, keeping everything secure and providing extra support for the basement before we continue excavation and ground slab works.

As we commence work on the capping beam, we’re moving closer to realizing our visions for ODOM. Your continuous support has been instrumental in driving us forward.

Stay tuned for more updates as we move on to this next phase of our construction journey. We can’t wait to share more exciting developments with you soon!
