We’re excited to share the latest progress in ODOM’s construction journey. With the concrete casting for Basement Level 4 completed, construction has advanced to Basement Level 5, the final and deepest level of the project’s basement structure.
At this stage, excavation and laying lean concrete are actively underway. Meanwhile, waterproofing installation, formwork erection, and rebar placement are progressing in preparation for the upcoming concrete pour for the pile caps and floor slab.
This phase represents the final stretch of our semi top-down basement construction method, designed to ensure strength, stability, and efficient progress in a dense urban setting. As we move closer to completing all five basement levels, our focus remains on delivering precision and quality at every step.
