Construction at ODOM has reached a major milestone. We’re now working on Basement Level 5, the last and deepest level of the basement, marking the final stage of our semi top-down construction method.
Pile caps and mat foundations are currently being cast, while formwork and rebar placement continue in preparation for the next round of concrete work. These activities are critical to supporting the structure above.
Reaching this level means we’re getting ready to shift from building down to building up. In the coming months, ODOM will begin to rise above ground and truly take shape on the Phnom Penh skyline.
