ODOM continues to rise, with its above-ground structure becoming increasingly visible as construction progresses across the retail podium, ODOM Living, and ODOM Tower.
As of July 2026, the retail podium construction has reached 55% completion, reflecting continued progress across the shared base that connects both towers.
At ODOM Living, structural works have now advanced through several levels.
The Ground Floor, 1st Floor, and 2nd Floor are fully complete, with concrete casting finished for all columns, core walls, and slabs.
At the 3rd Floor, slab concrete casting has been completed, while reinforcement installation for the columns and core walls is currently in progress. This reinforcement forms the internal steel framework that strengthens the concrete structure before the next stage of casting.
At ODOM Tower, concrete casting for all Ground Floor columns and core walls has been completed.
The 1st Floor slab is also now fully cast, with reinforcement installation for the next columns and core walls currently underway.
With each completed floor, ODOM’s vertical structure is becoming more defined. The progress across both towers and the podium reflects the coordinated construction sequence now taking place above ground, as different parts of the development continue to advance in parallel.
