We’re pleased to share the latest progress on ODOM’s construction. Work at Basement Level 5, the final and deepest level, is advancing efficiently.
Soil excavation is nearly complete, and over half of the total piles have been cut to their design level, a crucial step that enables faster progress on the next structural stages. Pile cap casting is now well underway, laying the groundwork for the floor structure to follow.
Most notably, concrete slab casting has begun. We’ve successfully completed the first of four slab sections, marking a major milestone in the construction of Basement Level 5. As each section is completed, we move closer to finishing the entire basement structure.
With this momentum, we are approaching a significant transition. Soon, ODOM will begin to rise above ground and take visible form on Phnom Penh’s skyline.
Thank you for following our journey. Stay tuned for more construction updates as we continue building the ODOM superstructure.
