Construction at ODOM is steadily taking shape above ground, with visible progress now extending across multiple levels of the development.
Since the previous update, the retail podium construction has advanced to 37% completion, while structural works continue simultaneously across ODOM Living and ODOM Tower. As the retail podium forms the shared base connecting both towers, progress across these areas continues in parallel as the development rises.
ODOM Living has made significant progress across its first three levels.
The Ground Floor is now fully complete, including concrete casting for all columns, core walls, and the slab.
The 1st Floor has also reached full structural completion, with concrete casting completed for all columns, core walls, and the slab.
At the 2nd Floor, slab concrete casting has been completed, while reinforcement installation for the columns and core walls is currently in progress. Reinforcement refers to the steel bars placed within the concrete structure to provide additional strength and support.
At ODOM Tower, concrete casting for all Ground Floor columns and core walls is now complete.
Work has progressed to the 1st Floor, where reinforcement installation and preparations for slab concrete casting are currently underway.
With structural works now progressing across several levels, ODOM is becoming more visible above the site. Each completed slab, column, and core wall brings the development another step closer to its full form.
The project team remains focused on maintaining steady progress and delivering each stage to the required quality standards as ODOM continues to rise.
