In the realm of overall construction, we’ve successfully completed 93 out of 258 piles, including crucial test piles, and the guide wall phase has now concluded. The construction of Diaphragm Walls is progressing well, with 4 out of 48 panels completed, showcasing our commitment to structural excellence.
In the design arena, the project has seen positive developments in its overall design, marked by increased basement space and building height. At the same time, updates to residential spaces include larger lifts, re-oriented lobbies, and adjustments to floor sizes. We are also future-proofing the project by incorporating E-vehicle charging stations, showcasing our commitment to sustainable practices. These design enhancements align with our dedication to delivering a top-tier final product.
Meanwhile, our sales gallery is undergoing a transformative upgrade for an enhanced experience. We’ve already accomplished essential tasks, including site clean-up, water supply reconnection, and reaching 80% progress in demolition. Anticipate a fresh and improved sales gallery, set to be unveiled by early 2024. We’re excited to elevate your experience with our revamped display.
