ODOM has reached another major construction milestone with the retail podium now 100% complete, marking the completion of a significant above-ground stage of the development.
After completing ODOM’s five-floor basement, the retail podium is the next major structural component to reach completion as construction continues upward across the wider project.
Spanning five levels, the retail podium forms the shared base connecting ODOM Tower and ODOM Living. Construction has progressed simultaneously on both sides of the development, bringing the two towers together at the lower levels while establishing the structure that will accommodate ODOM Square.
In recent months, work has advanced level by level across the ODOM Tower and ODOM Living zones, from columns and core walls to slabs and reinforcement. With these structural works now complete, the retail podium has reached an important point in ODOM’s construction journey.
The milestone also marks a visible progression in how the development is taking shape. What began with extensive works below ground has now moved firmly above it, with the completed basement and retail podium providing the structural base from which the wider development continues to rise.
With the retail podium reaching 100%, overall project construction has now reached 18.40%. This figure reflects the scale of the full development and the substantial vertical works still ahead across ODOM Tower, ODOM Living and the other components of ODOM.
Completing the retail podium marks another important step forward as construction moves into the next stages of the development. As the towers rise further above the site, ODOM’s scale and architectural form will become increasingly visible on the Phnom Penh skyline.
The project team remains focused on maintaining steady progress and delivering each stage to the required quality standards as ODOM moves toward its next major construction milestones.
