ODOM Retail Podium Nears Completion
ODOM is approaching another major construction milestone, with the retail podium now 90% complete. As the shared base connecting ODOM Tower and ODOM Living, its completion will mark another significant stage of the development following the completion of the five-floor basement.
As the shared base connecting ODOM Tower and ODOM Living, the retail podium continues to progress across both sides of the development, with structural works now reaching the upper levels of the podium.
ODOM Square Retail Podium Progress: ODOM Living Zone
On the ODOM Living side, structural works from the Ground Floor through the 3rd Floor are complete.
Concrete casting for the columns, core walls, and slabs is complete across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floors, and the Ground Floor columns and core walls are also complete.
At the 4th Floor, reinforcement installation for the concrete slab is underway as work continues toward the next stage.
ODOM Square Retail Podium Progress: ODOM Tower Zone
Progress on the ODOM Tower side has advanced further, with structural works now completed through the 4th Floor.
The Ground Floor columns and core walls are complete, and concrete casting for the columns, core walls, and slabs is complete across the 1st through 4th Floors.
With this progress, overall project construction has reached 18.30%, as work continues across the wider development and the towers advance through their next stages.
The project team remains focused on maintaining steady progress and delivering each stage to the required quality standards as ODOM moves toward its next construction milestones.
