Located in a prime location along Norodom Boulevard in Phnom Penh, Odom is a showcase of mixed-use high rise for Cambodia. The idea of developing Odom came about by observing hundreds of young businesses emerging in the city in need of affordable office space that still included design, function, and amenities to keep staff excited. Urban Living Solutions saw an opportunity to provide the next space: Odom Tower. Then ULS decided to scale it up, adding Odom Living and the Square to the mix.
This is the largest project to date for Urban Living Solutions and was conceived upon the company’s signature principle: bringing a community-first, human-centered design approach front and center.
