After a career in sales and being a 17-year tax veteran, Mrs. KEO Sochenda seized the real estate opportunity after noticing the rise in development taking place in Cambodia. From tax consulting to financial planning and most recently, as an investment advisor, the busy mom of three is passionate about going after her dreams, self-development, and building her business.  Lovingly referred to as “Chenda”, Odom team sat down once again, for a chat as she shares with us about life as our favorite Boss Queen and recaps her most favored moments from our Odom Showroom Launch.

‍When I think about the event, it makes me so happy to attend and celebrate such a joyous milestone for ULS. Odom Garden and the showroom set up was just beautiful and felt like stepping into a magical, green oasis. It was wonderful to see the launch attended by many guests, including the special presence of Lok Chumteav Hun Mana, which was such an added element of prestige.  My most favorite moment? Perhaps photo bombing all ULS team photos whenever given the chance. No, but seriously, I truly enjoyed watching the fun, collaborative team spirit to put on this event and managing it smoothly. I certainly look forward to attending more events!

‍Now let us discuss briefly about your company, Reachny Property. How did you come up with the name, Bong? Could you share any inspirational story as we are sure our audience would love to read about it.
‍My company’s name derives from the word reachny "រាជិនី", meaning queen in my native Khmer language. The desire to build a unique property portfolio, to offer the best selection of property investment, as well as to highlight the empowerment of women in leadership, is really what drew me and motivated me to start my business from the start. I am proud of my journey as a business and career-focused woman and look forward to growing Reachny Property.

‍Do you believe that owning a unit at Odom will further your business goals? How so?I am positive that by owning an office at Odom Tower will gain the trust of my current customer database. As the next business hub in the city, this will allow convenient, easy access to nearby offices, amenities, restaurants, and a lot more.
