We\u2019re excited to bring you the latest updates on ODOM\u2019s construction progress. As part of our semi top-down method, which focuses exclusively on basement construction before moving above ground, we continue to advance deeper into the foundation of this landmark development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Figure 1: Pre-casting preparation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

At Basement Level 3, excavation is now complete, marking a key milestone in our progress. Concrete casting is well underway, with three out of the four planned blocks successfully completed. Work on this level’s fourth and final block is in progress, with formwork and rebar installation currently being carried out in preparation for the next concrete pour.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are getting closer to completing the five basement levels that will serve as the strong foundation for ODOM. Our commitment to quality remains as we carefully execute each phase of construction with precision and efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n
