We\u2019re excited to share the latest progress on ODOM\u2019s construction journey. As part of the innovative semi top-down method used exclusively for our basement construction, we\u2019ve been working from the ground floor downward to efficiently complete the five basement levels before beginning work on the above-ground structure.<\/p>\n

With Basement Level 2 concrete casting now complete, construction has advanced to Basement Level 3\u2014marking the third of five basement levels in this exceptional development. This approach ensures a solid foundation for ODOM while maintaining precise coordination and quality at every stage.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Excavation for Basement Level 3 is underway, with lean concrete being placed to create a stable platform for further construction. Concurrently, formwork and rebar installation are progressing, preparing for the concrete pour of the Basement Level 3 slab. Each step takes us closer to completing this vital phase of the project.<\/p>\n
