We are pleased to provide you with the latest developments on our ongoing project and extend our gratitude for your continued support and interest. Here\u2019s a recap of our exciting milestones since our last updates:<\/p>\n

Our piling work is well underway, with 62 out of 258 piles completed, including the 3 test piles. We are currently fabricating rebar cages, which involve intricate craftsmanship and precision, where each rebar stirrup and tie is meticulously designed to reinforce the foundation’s structural integrity. Casting concrete for the remaining piles is also in progress, ensuring steady advancement in this crucial aspect of the project.<\/p>\n

Our primary focus is on the construction of the essential foundation of the building – the basement walls, known as “Diaphragm Walls.” Following the successful completion of the guide walls, the preparation of the construction works for the diaphragm walls is in progress. Excavation and concrete pouring will commence as planned. These walls ensure structural stability and showcase the artistry and expertise that go into crafting a top-tier final product.<\/p>\n
