Were you able to make it to the Realestate.com.kh Home & Lifestyle Expo? We did, and it was a great time to see so many people and other developers.\u00a0 On the weekend of August 12th<\/sup>\u00a0and 13th<\/sup>, over 9,000 visitors came through the Expo doors. With over 100 vendors from real estate, banking, travel, and a range of other sectors, there was no shortage of spaces to explore and new products to try out. You could really feel the resurgence and excitement in the market after the slowdown from the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The ODOM Team had an especially good time at the ULS booth. We heard a range of \u201coohs\u201d and \u201caaahs\u201d as visitors walked around the ODOM maquette while enjoying one of the complementary coffees the ULS team was preparing. We handed out over 500 tote bags with ODOM and ULS project information (as well as over 400 cups of coffee). We can\u2019t wait to follow up with the hundreds of people we got to meet with and to share more about the ODOM project.<\/p>\n

We\u2019d like to say a big thank you to the ULS Sales and Home Advisory Team for their tireless work over the weekend. Their hard work and constant smiles really made it special. If you were not able to make it this year, do save the date for the 2024 expo, and we\u2019ll save a coffee for you!<\/p>\n
